How It Works
Working in partnership with the employer, we design a customized, web-based information portal that contains all necessary plan information, forms, and vendor information unique to your plan. We also include easy-to-use online savings and distribution calculators.
Why This Portal is an Important Tool for Employers

New 403(b) regulations — which will go into effect January 1, 2009 — require employers to create and make available a written plan that explains the working of their plan, and to annually notify employees of their eligibility to participate. The Portal is great place to host the written plan, and a great tool for informing employees about their eligibility. Plus, benefits staff will appreciate having such a powerful human resource tool.

Why This Portal is an Important Tool for Employers

How are employees getting information about their retirement plans? Typically, education is provided by financial firms, most often in a sales environment. That's no way to learn about something as important as a retirement plan. Since it's web-based, the Portal allows employees to learn about their retirement plan(s) in the comfort of their classroom, office or home, which means they will be better equipped to make informed retirement plan decisions.
